We look at every client and his or her individual needs, skills, values, temperament and abilities. Measurable goals are set collaboratively between clients and the career specialist. Regular follow-up is accomplished through this process. Each relationship developed requires a specific direction and individual assistance. With no waiting list and individualized sessions clients reach their potential within a reasonable time frame.
